What you do is wait a year for any manufacturing defects to show their face the first year and to break in the engine, then you get it tuned by Hondata

They do give a shit about viscosity, all that 5w20 oil will have the SAME viscosity give or take a few hundred centipoise.

Every oil company is going to get their oil from the same oil conglomerates that get, make and refine their oil. All the oils that come from that specific fractional distillation that are used in cars are in fact made of the same shit. The only place you'll ever see a difference is buying between conventional, semi-synthetic and full synthetic. Depending on the company they're going to have some proprietary ingredients for things like nitrogenated additives, ethoxylated compounds and surfactants if they choose to add them and slight differences in pKa for acidity, there are no pH's because they don't contain water. The only thing that you're really going to care about is viscosity performance at driving temperatures and with full synthetic you really aren't going to notice any difference between 5w-30 or 20 or 40 in that range.
