My grand parents live on a farm I drain my oil and flushed my radiator of my 88 Camry into the dirt there. Brother did the same with his 69 mustang. I don't even know where I'm supposed to turn it in if I did it the legal way

I've done it before, I'll probably do it again.

But, I try to be somewhat conservative about it.
