Why are 2005-2009 Mustangs still expensive on the used car market?

I'm looking at a 2007 GT California Special with 98k miles. They have it listed for $13,600. What should I ask?

Also, it has a Hurst shifter. Are those good?

Its just a faster, shorter shifter. Granted the one near me is auto but im okay with that since the autos on the S197 are faster anyways. Yea I wouldn't pay more than 11k on what they are asking
