Is this a good buy? The body is beat to shit but it doesn't have too many miles (140k) and apparently the engine was rebuilt 50k miles ago. Assuming the car runs fine what should I offer? Also going to check it out this tomorrow what should look for specifically? https://muskegon.craigslist.org/cto/6181043574.html

Shiggy diggy. Just get a civic for 3k from the south.
>>17453134
But a civic doesn't go vroom vroom
>>17453010
literally just keep your civic until you have wrx money
>>17453142
Yes it does.

I have a good daily driver but I wanna know if this is a good deal and how much should I expect to spend on maintenance.
>>17453010
don't listen to these retards, it's only a good buy if he has all the paperwork, also ask how many miles the transmission has on it and keep an eye out for boyracer shit like loud exhaust or unnecessary mods because that'll show you how he drove it. and ask why the engine needed to be rebuilt in the first place. My guess is the head gaskets went bad and he never fixed it

>already have a daily
>hurr durr should I get this shitbox
No. Save your money and do something responsible.
>>17453178
There is literally no such thing as a good deal on a wrx
>>17453178
$0.50/mile
>>17453010
Heres the thing OP. WRXs are nice as a one-car car. But if you have a daily, you don't want a rusted out WRX. You want something rwd, possibly open top (Or not, muh rigidity), and completely impractical.
