Wondering if /o/ can help me with this.
My dad has this black and white photograph, with a caption that reads, "In every traffic jam, there's always a guy at the back who thinks he's Stirling Moss." It depicts a line of ordinary 50s-60s cars on a generic enough street, and at the back is the real Stirling Moss, seated in a 50s-60s F1 race car.
The alleged story behind the picture is that at Monaco some year, either during practice, qualifying or the race itself, a barricade failed and some regular traffic got out onto the track. I've been googling to try and find out if, when, and how such an incident took place, but haven't had any success. Does /o/ know anything about it?
