Whatever happened to coupes with liftback trunks?
Sporty styling with great practicality.
how come they aren't made anymore?

Difficult to meet new rollover crash specs? Just a guess.

Doesn't seem to be a huge concern looking at the pigfat cars these days

The Cayman is a liftback.

The Veloster is a liftback.

Eh... If you insist. By that logic, almost all newish SUVs and hatchbacks are actually liftbacks.
I hope to god the 7th gen mustang is a lift back.

Did they have to make it so narrow? It looks like it'll barely fit a suitcase.
>>17408907
They really aren't that practical.

>that tiny ass trunk
>practical

More practical than coupes with handbag openings.

I've driven a 5th gen ZL1, I didn't like it too much. Visibility is poor, the steering isn't that communicative, and while there's a shitload of power and the (non-recaro) seats are comfortable I couldn't help but feel like the car was larger than it really was.
In some ways I like my 4th gen better. I think it's better at being an enjoyable sports car, even if my argument is almost entirely "muh feels".

Looks like a liftback to me. That shitty car is actually classified as a coupe as well.

No. Normies want tailgates. Even autists on /o/ want tailgates.
