Looking to get an email tune for my F150. I have an SCT X4 tuner that I used previously for my Mustang (Sold the mustang about a year ago) and the tuner has just been sitting in my garage. The tuner is 'unmarried', so do I just buy the email tune (looking at 5 Star Tuning), and they email me the tune? Do they just email it to me and I plug in my tuner to my computer and somehow download the tune to the SCT?

I'm a bit new at email tunes, obviously, so if anyone else has done email tunes before, I'd appreciate any insight into how to 'marry' my SCT tuner with my truck, and load the email tune once I get it. Thanks, related is a picture of my truck.
