Just find a really steep hill, fill the car with people, and drive it up it as fast as you can. possibly a few times if its a small hill and not the side of a mountain. This fixes a lot of problems, just make sure you are full on coolant and oil before you do it. No need for a system flush just top it off and go.

Just noticed the lack of back seats, fill the back up with shit, you just want it to be heavy so it will get hot, not over heating just hotter then normal driving. you will be amazed how much shit this will fix.
