what's the best sports (fastest with good mileage) car I can get for ~2-3k USD? I see y'all tearing the 3kgt apart, so I won't ask about that, or I suppose a stealth. I was looking at a ford probe? a civic? integre? neon srt-4? what's the fastest with best bang for buck, also it'd be nice to have the option of customizing.
