it was a Friday and the old guy asked me for a lift but I normally take the qt with me on that day so I said i couldnt take him.

I'd give the ride to the old guy because I don't believe in sexual discrimination. Girls that use their looks to get ahead are hypocrites. Since you seem positive about good looking girls but didn't mention that the girl helps you do better than you at work, she is neutral work wise and is your competitor.
If that girl is not paying you for gas plus something extra for the wear and tear plus the favor of the ride, then she is just taking advantage of you with her looks. I have no respect for women who do that. They can do the work, accomplish things with skill and poise, and walk the talk they give about equality. As soon as they use their looks, they are discriminatory.
