Hey, /o/. Who would you say is in the wrong in this situation?
>in left lane on 2 lane highway, speed limit is 75
>Behind this Toyota yaris passing a truck going a little under 75
>takes easily 2 mins to get past this fucking truck
>stays in the left lane well after he clears the truck, enough to where I can get in the right lane to pass (truck lights were visible in mirror)
>while passing in the right lane he starts to get back into the right lane and would've hit me if I didn't floor it to get out of the way
Was I just being too aggressive? Was I wrong to assume someone in a piece of shit car like that would go slow in the left lane? Passing on the right is legal where I live, by the way.

His fault, but probably wasn't paying attention and was trying to get out of the way to let you go by in the left lane. My question is why the fuck would such a minor and very common experience trigger you enough to post about it? That has happened to me more times than I can remember.
