What does /o/ think of the Toyota echo? They look like a good car for the price. Would you guys think it's a good first car? Would there be any other good options for a first car?
I hate the whole speedometer in the middle thing

The Toyota Echo was the world's first car to come out of the factory looking like it was rear-ended.

I used to own an xB. After a few minutes you forget about it entirely.

For fucks sake buy one
Not the auto, though.
You will learn to love that little fucking thing like family. It will not break down on you, it will not fail on you. That little sonofabitch has one thing on his tiny ass mind: work. But wedged in the back is fun. They handle like goddamn go carts on crack.
They will literally save your life.
They saved mine.
Whether that's a good thing or bad thing is up for debate.
It's a honest, humble econobox.
The fuel economy of those is hilarious.
40+ mpgs all day. I would pick this over a Prius desu.
A FUCKING COUPE

I'd buy one, great first car, great 50th car, they're bulletproof reliable, most on CL have well over 200K miles, I would expect one bought with 100k or so, if you can find one, to last up and beyond 300K miles,, if properly maintained. Can be had cheap too. Not a fast car by any means but they are very charming. Go for it.
