not really stancefagging, the camber is for drift cars so when they're at full lock they're completely vertical. If they didn't have any camber they would have positive camber at full lock, which is undesirable for drifting

I daily drove a 1991 Turbo for about 10 years. The car was a headache. but always fun to drive. I still think about getting another one but I don't think I can get myself to drive a Japanese shitbox ever again.

Things that went wrong during decade:

>hose under turbo blew out unexpectedly (hose from hell)
>plastic coolant filler neck exploded
>wires running from body to door cracked rendering the windows useless
>t-tops leaked on driver/passenger anytime it rained
>underbody plastic panels falling off
>oil level sender crapped out
>automatic antenna crapped out
>front sway bar mounts crapped out

Not too bad for a car that was >10 years old when I bought it.

Is it just me, or do the headlights on these cars look a little off?

It's as if they were supposed to be pop-up headlights but Nissan decided to just make them modern headlights and didn't bother which changing the position or shape of the headlights.

It was available either two or three rotor engine, both variants were twin turbo, and was available automatic only. When I last lived there (2010) they were hard to come by, but not too expensive (under 10k USD, prices usually settled around 6k-8k), and were commonly picked up and cannibalized for the 20B with intentions to swap it into something else.
I found none for sale on Goo-Net, and none on my old prefecture's car website either. Only one on Yahoo Auctions right now and they're asking about 20k USD.

Y plates are assigned to any personnel under the Status of Forces Agreement stationed in Japan. This applies to people from all branches of service and all contract workers who are employed on the base but not Japanese citizens.
Also, you can be a Japanese citizen and have Y plates if you have SOFA connections (ie: work on base and obtain the status) because it makes entering (and sometimes exiting) the gates go a lot smoother and you don't have to keep your car's base pass constantly up to date because the plate proves you're already certified to be on the base.
