Ok so I just got my part of a Will and I got a not-so-used Ranger 2005 like pic related (Manual, not auto)

Overall Im not in dire need of a vehicle so I would just use it for the random hookup with a chick or to go out in the weekend, is there any guide with tips and tricks for this kind of vehicle? Dont wanna crash it or damage it so early, also if you could provide some input on how to drive it better, I could appreciate it (I have always been a compact car person)
