No, it's just expensive to replace the motor every couple hundred thousand miles but people usually ruin cars or the engine shits the bed before their motors just wear out naturally so just keep driving.

Only if you want to flip the car, but yes car are ment to be driven however if you put more milages you have to worry more about maintenence and it should be fine. You won't be able to resell it because people think less milage = better, but seem to forget that keeping your car maintained and not werecked is more important than high milage.
