Why aren't there more red accent lights in cars? I used

Pretty much everything glows red in my Mk 1 TT. It's sweet at night, fees like a fighter cockpit.

Seems Euro cars mostly use red or orange. Any Fords or GM cars I've been in have used really obnoxious bright blues or greens.
