Sounds like the oil pump issue?

My guess is when cold start the idle is higher than normal, but once the engine is up to operating temp it has difficultly circulating the now thicker oil.

What weight oil and what's the temp like where you are?

Not too abnormal. Oil pressure spec when warm and at idle is usually pretty low, in the single digits. Unless you have excessive noise, metal filings showing up in the oil, or the genie lamp on, I wouldn't worry about it.

Maybe you should offer some advice then. If it's a Subaru, presumably an impreza that OP is working on then it very well could be a tune issue. I've definitely ran into similar problems myself regarding a tune not playing well with aftermarket for various reasons.
