The rim looks fine to me. The spoke is knackered though. Nothing a bit of ducktape and cyanoacrylate won't fix.

It is NOT fixable. You must replace the rim.
It is a road hazard and puts a lot of stress on the other spokes. If the others break, it will drop your car with a big thump on the pavement. You'll get a lot of damages from that.
