That's the going price here.

There's only one junkyard that has pre-pulled parts around here and because they are the only yard in about 200mi, They are crazy with the fucking prices. Also complete assholes

I bought a new hatch from them for my Explorer and after I realized what I payed I realized I could have bought a whole new fucking car


I think I'm just going to try to find the same gen explorer and use one or the other for parts and just put farm tags on it and drop the insurance. An then just use it around my property

What really sucks is I just put a full fucking tank of gas in it.

My timing belt broke in my Mitsubishi Eclipse on the way to work the other day. I'm still waiting to see what else is fucked now.

My Prelude is beginning to crunch downshifting into third gear. Doesn't do it in other gears, and upshifting seems fine. Any ideas other than the synchro? Fluid is good, but I haven't checked the shift linkage yet, could that be causing this one wierd shift while everything else feels good?

If the sychro needs doing I'll probably rip it out and reinstall it myself, but have a shop rebuild it with a Quaife LSD.
