Black '04-'05 Forester XT. Literally a larger WRX with less than 50 lbs of weight added, but forgettable. It can easily be upgraded with WRX & STi parts. Put in a used STi turbo, STi transmission and a tune and you'll be blasting 0-60 mph in ~5.0 seconds.

It'd be more profitable to just run speed though, as it's already in prohibition and doses are measured in milligrams not heavy fluid ounces (aka weight isn't an issue, nor is space really). It's also not a shit-tier drug like alcohol is.

as someone from a region where moonshine was huge and can still be found easily most just use standard ass minivans and pickup trucks

for me however

it snows and Subarus are everywhere
plenty of old dirt roads
can be made fast enough to get scarce before the heat gets too hot
decent enough cargo space
