My mom owned a last gen escalade and I always hated driving it. The steering was numb and boring and even with 420 horsepower it's still pretty slow. Plus the interior shouldn't even qualify as luxury.
She's got a brand new one now and it's even worse. The steering is unbelievably numb and the pedals feel terrible. At least it's faster than the old one though thanks to the new transmission.
