His quirks for the Lightning were so obvious "hurr muh interior muh English roads, muh safety standards, muh British elegance" but it was just meant to be a novelty fun pickup just like the syclone and Ram SRT 10. He was too critical for a fun weekend oddity. I loved my Lightning and had tons of fun with it and never had much of a problem. I debadged it and it was a great sleeper to run civics and mustangs back then. I know it's most of an act but damn he's really gets criticism where it's not due, but I guess it's because I'm American and overlook a lot of his qualms because truly a lot of our cars are lacking in places.
