Turned on my car today and i sounded wierd, i figured it was the oil and since i live 10 minutes from work i was gonna change the oil when i got back. Pulled the red crx out of the garage go to close the garagarage theres a puddle of coolant and a trail leading to my car. The one hose that didnt come with the silicone hose kit basically melted

Woke up this morning, try to start my 01 Civic EX Coupe, nothing. Keep twisting key from 2 to 3, eventually starts. The car will occasionally start immediately when I turn the key in the ignition, but sometimes I gotta keep twisting the shit for it to start. Now that the head gasket is out of the way, the vtak is way more noticable. Gonna flush it with new coolant after I get a good radiator from my friend. Back to work tomorrow, hoping my five days off don't hurt me too much.

Yes and also yes. DId you reset the ECU after adding the o2 sensor? Make sure you do that. Also, ecu takes time to adjust the broad trim so your mpg should improve over time.

ALSO, you may find that the car uses less oil now as a result of not running so rich

Changed oil less than two months ago, car has been driven less than 700 miles. Check oil just because, bone dry.

No visible leaks anywhere, I don't think. Bottom of oil pan is a little oily. No burnt oil smell or smoke.

3.84 volts is the max input that the o2 circuit in the ECU can detect without modification. Meaning you're basically reading max or out of range voltage. (If hondash is to be believed) The higher the voltage detected, the leaner the mixture. I would check this stuff out, because that seems pretty abnormal.

My OEM cap fits on my aftermarket radiator just fine. I need to swap that radiator anyway, the top seam is leaking just a little bit.

Only $12 for a new OEM cap on Amazon. Definitely worth having one. Those aftermarket caps don't last at all it seems.

Not a shitbox, just no AC. It's killing me. That car gets super hot inside through the floor. Replacing the AC is gonna cost me like 500 in parts probably, if I go through a shop 800.

New struts in front & absorbers, engine mounts, new plugs and coils, new rubbers. Needs front pads and exhaust leak fixed.

Went to the junkyard and they had a lone rsx there. Got all the bolts for the valve cover, also got the manifold cover because mine was broken. Thought about just taking the valve cover but didn't. Wish I had more time, would have taken the radio and whatever else I could use. Probably go back there sometime. Changed valve cover gasket, my $25 have hondabond tube split open trying to use it on gaps. Just did oil and filter change. A lot of oil down by the filter, thinking old one wasn't seated well or something and maybe that's where the oil leak was.

There's not that much noise that I can see. Noise is inevitable in low light situations, especially with a consumer camera where the sensor is smaller, unless you have a tripod and can use a lower ISO and a longer exposure. I use Lightroom to reduce noise and it does a pretty good job.

Hey so I came to the conclusion that the reason I find no leaks is because maybe the manifold gasket may be fucked as well. It might explain the burning coolant smell I've smelled before like burining rubber almost. Just looked it up, alternator problems seem to match up with some of my problems but I just did some tests with a multimeter and it seems fine.
What also happens is around 60mph (autotragic) it shakes back and forth a bit for a second or two. Almost like its struggling for power or something was fucked with the gearing and I thought it could have been related to the battery
