Im pretty sure cubans can only own a car if they use it as a taxi.

Those cars have been handed down through generations of taxi drivers.

There is no /o/ approved country. Either the taxes are too high, the traffic laws and modification laws too strict, the traffic too bad, the roads too boring, the roads in too bad a condition or the drivers too uneducated.

This. Even the most awful rusted out shitheap that barely functions will set a Cuban back around 50k USD. Cars allow people to make lots of income from tourists. You'll pay a Cuban a typical monthly salary to travel between major cities by taxi, and it's not expensive for westerners. In a country where society is controlled so heavily and everyone is kept equally oppressed, a car is a fantastic luxury as it enables a person to earn orders of magnitude more than what they should be able to. That's why the government taxes them to hell and back. They won't completely ban them however because they need tourism for income through tax

These people are the ultimate jerry-riggers and can keep a classic car running and pretty nice looking. People in this thread want to shit on them when the fact is, Cuba cant be /o/ approved, they are beyond /o/. They do things the people on here probably would never think of just to keep their heirlooms going. Thats why there is so much jealousy in here kek.

First of all Kazakhstan was part of the Soviet Union and it's vast empty steppe was used for nuclear bombing tests. Saying it was nuked would be the same as saying Nevada was nuked by the USA.

Secondly the Tsar bomba was detonated on Severny Island in the Arctic Ocean which has always been and still does belong to Russia.
