Gonna post a few photos. Can anyone help me figure out the
>wheel width
>offset
>bolt pattern
>hub bore
of these wheels? I googled for a guide but these markings dont seem to match what I found in my 120 seconds of research.
ps dont judge me these came on the car i bought used, need to know this stuff to sell em.
the wheels are staggered and the front two should be 8 or 9 inch, but >>17115211 has this 8 on it even though its got 275 tires mounted so these are the rears which should be like 9 or 10 inch.
You can figure out the bolt pattern from the car they were bolted on. There is nothing on any of those marks that will tell you the width. You're looking for something like "9J" for that. There is nothing stamped after "ET" either, which would be the offset.

>You can figure out the bolt pattern from the car they were bolted on
gotcha, yeah i meant to say i thought that was the case.
>There is nothing on any of those marks that will tell you the width.
shouldnt there be though? i thought it was included in the standard stamped info.
>There is nothing stamped after "ET" either, which would be the offset.
so im not crazy and that info is missing too.
so wtf, how do I figure this stuff out? I want to sell these and people need to know this stuff.
Do I have to call the manufacturer?

What is the character after the "8"? If it's a J, that's the width of that wheel.

You can measure it, but you'd have to know what you're doing. Google it.

>What is the character after the "8"?
its an "N" which doesnt appear to be one of the options for wheel rim classifications... and this is just off a camaro so it shouldnt be anything weird.
also, the tire is a 275 which I dont think would fit on an 8. I actually saw the 8 and though that made sense, expecting to flip the wheel over and find 245 and know it was a front tire (fronts are 245, rear 275) but it turned out to be a rear tire, so....
Measure them you tard.
>>17115211
>hub bore
Yeah let me just hold my calipers up to the screen....
>>17115474
>If it's a J, that's the width of that wheel.
That has nothing to do with width, it's a bead profile code, j is only one of a few profiles.

dont be a ciggy butt brain, i really just want to know the offset.
i dont see how any of these markings provide and info
>8N and some kind of hieroglyph
>C
>A31
>3 1 | 1
>N3 [ or N3C
not sure
>301
>20
ok thats 20" rim, theres at least that
>H
Thats all the different markings. A different wheel has"303" instead of "301" but the rest is same.
wtf does any of this (besides the 20) mean?
>measure it
measure what, the width? with the tire on? guess i could try. dont know if i trust it though. if you mean the offset, dunno how
Literally 20 seconds on Google.
>>17115593
duh.
Most light vehicle wheels will have a J profile.
