When will the Town Car be phased out? I have seen a few in NYC, but a majority of limos are TCs. When will they all be replaced by the Continental?
Im seeing more and more CT6 platinums in place of XTS's as well
Town Cars can go 600k+ city miles
Can't see any of the cars you mentioned doing that.

not until they literally fall apart.
I want a continental so bad

The XTS is bulletproof, idk about the CT6 or the conti since they both just came out

no way a unibody V6 is as tough as a BOF making 50hp/L

It already is, most of the livery cars in NYC are Tahoes and Suburbans with a few Navigators, MKT Town Cars (Long Wheel Base MKT), and Minivans.

They won't be. Town Cars are easier to turn into limousines because you just unbolt the body from the frame, weld in some extra metal to make the rails longer, lengthen the driveshaft and brake lines/exhaust/etc, fill in the gap in the body so it matches the extended wheelbase, and bolt them back together. There's no worrying about the structural integrity of the body because you have an actual frame underneath instead of a unibody car which is significantly more difficult to lengthen.

Stretched town cars aren't even made anymore, lincoln only allows the MKT to be stretched and it will be that way until 2019

>lincoln only allows the MKT to be stretched
How do they stop third parties from modifying and stretching cars that Ford stopped producing over half a decade ago?

I have no idea, but for some reason Lincoln has a say in what cars can be stretched and which ones can't
Officially there are no more town cars being stretched
