in you opinions what one is better? in terms of speed, reliability, and maneuverability
what are the pros and cons of each?
>>
buy a 3k civic
>>
Mk3 all the way. 944 is a flaming pile of shit
>>
Supra
>>
Yeah, I would say go for the supra. Wish it wasn't so heavy though.
>>
Supra, especially if you fix the head gasket issue.

supra because 944 is slow as fuck especially when its sitting on the side of the road steaming, 944 has shit manouverability because some strage german way of mounting control arm will fall off mid corner and cost 5k to replace.
944 is more reliable than supra though because when you have no idea when supras headgaskets will blow, you can be damn sure that every time you take a 944 out for a ride it'll break down.
>>
Weeb fanboys are so biased
>>
>>17028532
maybe its because 944 is really slow and unreliable and extremely expensive to run.
t. someone who loves porsche
>>
>>17028532
normally on this board that is the case, but here the supra is objectively the better choice

>mark three supra

So is it a GA70? MA70? JZA70?

Do you ever plan on doing any kind of engine/transmission swaps?

Gotta agree, 944's really aren't fast. It's fine if you never really hit the track and just take the twisties fifteen over, but if you're looking for serious power, the 944 is pretty much impossible to improve, you'll either need to spend 7k minimum on an LS swap or get a 951. Parts are also pretty fucking expensive, though with that said, in my year of owning a 944 only one part actually broke on it, but I got pretty lucky and the previous owner took pretty good care of it, it's damn easy to find a neglected junker. All the 944 really has going for it are it's looks, but it's the best looking car that you can for the price by a large margin.
