I mean, if you're feeling confident you could always attempt to rattle-can the thing... you'd possibly just end up with a gray splotch if you cant blend it properly

If you're worried about the paint peeling further, but not confident enough to actually put more paint there i'd carefully smooth out the plastic with some high-grit sand-paper (200-600 or so), (make sure you don't sand the remaining paint away too much) and then spray a layer or two of some rattle-can clear-coat on.

if you're gonna try, make sure to educate yourself on proper spray technique, (spray from a distance, use sweeping motions, dont saturate it, ect.) and prep. (wash properly before hand, read the rattle-can label, ect.)


This is kinda what i do with paint-chips on my car, but on mine i mostly just put clear nail-polish on.
