I have a 2006 Toyota Rav4 and I drive 60 miles Monday through Thursday. Anyway, When I drive to my destination and back home I use up almost half the tank. Is this normal or is there something wrong with my car?

Your car should get about 24 MPG city according to google
Your gas tank is 16 gallons
This is basic fucking math you dipshit.
120/24 = 5
you should be going through about 1/3 your gas tank but I have a feeling you're getting less because you're an uneducated cretinous slob who can't drive and just mashes the gas at every single stop light.

So what should I do? I usually go on a constant 70mph speed per hour. Should I go 60mph?

Annnnd it's bait.

Maybe if you go 30 everywhere you'll get an extra 5mpg

My 2010 v6 goes through a quarter tank every 100kms

Do you drive everywhere at half the speed limit?
Time to buy yourself a new car. Cars in 2016+ are 30% more fuel efficient compared to the cars in the mid-2000s.

Its not far off. I have a 2004, 2 litre petrol manual.
I'm usually at 130-150 miles when the needle hits half way, and I drive it like an old lady (I use my bike for going fast).

Go slower or live with the shitty fuel economy. That's what happens when you try to drag 4000lbs along with a fwd econobox drivetrain. Small engines are a meme, Especially on the highway.
