Only done your standard "I finally got a sports car" kind of drifting, half heartedly getting it sideways around a small corner at night but that was fun. I can only imagine tracking it and doing it quicker and proper would be even more fun.

S-chassis is the most obvious answer here. James Deane just won Formula Drift Long Beach in an S15. S13s that you see for sale now are more likely to be set up for drifting in some way than not at this point. Don't worry about finding a clean or nice one. Look for a missile. Something shitty you won't be scared to wreck.

Did it for years. It is really fun. I gave it up recently and sold my drift car, but I keep getting urges to build another and hit the track again.

BMW E36 chassis is what everyone is moving into now if you want a truly affordable option. Nissan S chassis and AE86 have either gone up in value too much or are already all beat up.
