Just find a shop you want to do it and get an estimate. What you want to do is far from impossible, though it may be difficult. You can put whatever engine into whatever car you want it just depends on how much time/money you're willing to spend.

The engine bay isn't large enough. The drivetrain would need a complete rework. Basically it's as much work to do that as it was for the project binky blokes to put a Celica engine in their mini.

Here's your solution. You can buy CR-V's with a b series Honda motor. Just go to an import custom shop and explain that you want to build a turbo Back series or H series build that makes 500hp to the wheels. They'll hold your hand if you're serious but it won't be cheap as you aren't doing the work yourself. Parts alone will likely be like 10k.
