Either way, I've owned 24 cars in my life time. Fwd, rwd and awd. Tracked atleast half of them.

I am here to tell you that, from my experience, there is no particular drivetrain configuration that would definitively guarantee an advantage over another.

There are pros and cons to each, you just have to apply them to the proper application.
