how does it feel to be a sheep?
You can always trade it in or sell it to pay off the bulk of the debt. Hopefully you didn't buy it brand new
>>16905357
buy cheap, barely running shitboxes instead.
For every payment you make you could get another one.
Oil change scheduled? Nah, buy another car instead.
Battery dead? Next car.
Rear-ended someone? Run, drop car in lake, buy another.
think about mods for your current car instead
>>16905357

Whatever you say, just keep those payments up or your bubble economy will crash.

You should have bought a Suzuki Swift Sport and spend the rest on a nice exhaust and gas money for road trips wherever you please.
>>16905357
Don't worry anon you're not the only one...
>had a car for 2 months
>paid off 50% of the 5 year loan in 1 month
>paying off another 40% half in 5 days
>can sell it locally for more than what I paid for it
>could sell it and buy a Corvette instead
It's a good idea to not get fucking raped on a new car and buying a slightly used car at 50k miles instead.
Mad bummer. Bought my car for 5500 cash four years ago. Can't even think of what would make me want something else. But I have shit taste.
>>16906249
Abo pls go
>paid for 2002 shitbox in cash
>got a non-op shitbox in my driveway
>already thinking of next shitbox to buy
I've only had my car for about two years. It's still in pretty much perfect condition - runs great, decent gas mileage, will probably run well for years to come.
I've still been looking at new cars.
When I bought it, all I was doing was driving back and forth to class (less than 15 miles) so it was perfect then.
But now I have a job that's 50 miles of interstate in the morning, on roads with speed limits of 75 and the flow of traffic is 80.
She's eager to try, but I know that running at 80 for long stretches each morning is a beating on my poor baby.
I need something with a little more power.

I bought a Lexus IS 350 last April for roughly $16k.
Only $500 left on the loan and I'm already wanting to upgrade to a C6 Vette or something haha. Haven't drove manual in a year and getting antsy...
>>16907074
My old Civic would start shaking after 80 MPH lol
I did take it up to 115 couple times. Scary.
should I lease a 2017 Civic sport hatchback?
>>16907287
>leasing a Honda
>>16907118
It's a Fit. It handles 80 with no problem - even 85.
I can run at 90 for short bursts but the engine, road noise, and wind is too much so I need to drop it back to 80.
It's just at 110hp, I worry I'm demanding too much.

This is how you remain poor. If you can't pay for it in cash, then don't buy it.
>>16909439
>paying in cash instead of using a low interest loan and using your money in a way that returns you higher rates
good goy
>>16910173
As far as returs go, a car is a car is a car. Cash means no interest means highest return on investment. Dumb goy.
>>16910181
wrong
you don't want to lose your liquidity
get a low rate loan and invest the cash to pay for the loan and to get a small profit over it
be the king of debt
>new car
>0% interest
>3000 off
>sold private so I don't get screwed on trade in
>12000 down
Did I do good?
>>16905387
>buying a new car instead of spending $30 on an oil change
>>16910185
Also building credit and establishing good relations with our Jew overlords will pay dividends for you when you need a house eventually
>>16909394
>not buying a shitbox so you can daily drive it into the ground
>>16910185
Debt is like electricity, if you respect it and understand how it works it can actually be beneficial. If you don't, you're going to get shocked.
>>16905848
This made me kek.
>>16905357
>could have bought a new car/truck
>even drove a few just to see what's out there
>bought a $300 corolla and put $200 in repairs into it instead.
Try investing your money or starting a business instead of wasting it so you can have a shiny fucking car.

M8 try 7 years. My payments are 375/month

Why would I buy such an unreliable money pit that's waiting to leave me stranded and that has most of its electronics out of working order? It's better to just lease.
