I just bought my first car: 2005 Renault Megane Sedan (Black).
I barely see Renault related stuff in /o/, what do you think about the brand?
Have fun replacing the headlight bulbs when they burn out.

Bland.
Not reliable, not unreliable.

french
When they make performance/sporty cars, they do a god tier job on them.
Other than that they make safe run of the mill econoboxes

It's not a bad car but nothing special by any means.
it'll be reliable and safe if you decide to crash it which is what matters most for a young person starting out in life.
It's a responsible choice.

rebadged dacias are as bad as the cheapest car you could get (logan, sandero ,duster, etc)
standard renaults are bland and reliable as the french can be, meaning, below toyota/honda level (twingo, megane, scenic, etc)
sportier renaults are "fun" at safety/reliability expense (clio williams, megane rs, etc)

you have no clue what you are talking about.
