Do people really call then LAN evos for short? over here we always

Kind of like how the brits call the 350z a zedd.

I always referred a regular lancer as a lancer. And so has everyone I've talked to.

nah I'm talking about Lancer Evolution's. I never realised calling them Lan evos was a thing until initial D. everyone IRL just refered to them as Evo's

regular Lancers are just called Lancers.

Like how the short nickname for wrx's is a Rex or rexie. would be weird calling it an imp Rex or something.

I'm pretty sure Lan Evo is just an Initial D thing. I've only heard them called Evo's or Lancer Evo's otherwise.
