Yes, much slower. I've traded speed for lightweight RWD dorifto. My current 0-60 is 8 sec at best.

I had an '06 STi, I tuned it to 19 psi on 93 US-octane with ROMraider and ECUtuner after spending less than $800 on a used GReddy + Cobb turbo-back exhaust. I ran 12.8 the only time I took it to a strip, 0-60 was under 4.5 sec, it would go 175 mph... But straight line speed isn't as thrilling as it should be, and there are serious (legal and safety) risks involved. After 8 tickets in 6 years, evading arrest several times, and insurance threatening to drop me it was time to give the turbo life up. Sure, beating C5 Vettes on the street was cool, but after the street racing scene died around 2009 there wasn't much point.

Also, I'm not impressed when someone just WOTs it in a stock automatic car.

This thread is retarded bait. The 2016 v6 accord has a 6.1 0-60 at absolute best. It cost 35k. And even if one tries to race you, the driver will be someone who knows nothing about cars. These types of people are never going to push their engines hard enough to use all that juicy hp.

I bought a 2011 Altima a few years ago. It had 270 hp and a decent 0-60 and 1/4 mile time. I thought it was pretty neat and sleepy. But after having it a while I realized it was meant as a family sedan with extra pep, rather than a preformance car. Trying to race from a redlight was awful. The CVT was slow to react off the line and the transmission would slip sometimes if you floored it off the line. Overall it was a fast car you could really not drive hard in.

I heard that from just about every angle that thing was a turd. Mileage is supposedly shit. Those numbers are pretty fucking pitiful, that's the same times as my LeSabre which is a heavier, less powerful car. And this ecoboost gets roughly the same mileage as my 3800. That's pretty fucking weak. Sorry you got rolled by the ecoboost meme.
