Guys, should I buy this car? Essentially, I'm in a bind. I can do basic maintenance and repairs, I'm in college, I've lusted over E36s for ages, but I find the price to be steep. BUT the seller is firm because he has another buyer that'll pay $3,100. I just happened to get to him first. Would paying full price be a ripoff for me?

You should save yourself $100 and get a 3k civic

Bullshit
>interior 8/10
Trashed seats, makes one doubt his other assessments of quality
> The car does have a rebuild title due to a very small fender bender on the rear bumper, the body is straight and drives as should.
Bullshit
It's not "full price" you retard, that's not how used car prices work

>rebuilt title
>that reason why
Avoid at all costs. Dude is blatantly lying.
>>16895331
>title status: rebuilt
Your seller is a fuckwit who "knows what he's got". Keep looking for one that isn't a busted piece of shit.

first of before anything else
WHY THE FUCK would you buy a car with a rebuilt title?
I wouldnt even use that as a track slut

Rebuilt means it was at one point a salvage, which means it was declared a total loss (repairs exceeding the value of the car). He is lying. That car is a piece of shit anyway, even a good E36 325is or 328is with a clean title isn't worth 3k.

Absolutely this.
>very small fender bender
As tempting as it may be, you need to let this one go.
>>16895345
Y tho?
You guys scared me enough to not consider it any longer. Thanks, and hopefully the guy who buys it breaks down ASAP or I'll regret this.
Also, thanks >>16895396 for the other ads

If he already has another buyer, how did you get to him first?
Listen man, if you don't want to get taken advantage of your entire life, you need to call people on their bullshit.
