Why are car guys so triggered by parents helping their kids obtain a nice ride? Every video i've seen on youtube involving a younger person and a nice car invokes dozens of comments about "le mommy and daddy sponsor" and all sorts of fury.

They didn't have the advantage so they project that someone with a parent sponsor is either worse or doesn't work at hard as them.

Because nobody fucking helped us.
For my first car, all I got was advice. For my current (and second) car, a lift to the dealership to collect it.
Although I got to borrow my mother's car to get to work for a couple of years until I could actually afford my own one, so I guess that was all the help I got.
>shaved 50s cars
What the fuck is the point? The chrome is a huge part of the styling.

Because everyone wishes that they could afford to write off a nice car like Z's parents could, regardless of the actual situation.
>why are people assholes?

poor people are literally inferior, they shouldn't be driving nice cars anyway.
