I'm 188cm(6'2?), 92kg (200 lbs ish?). I have chimpanzee arms so my bench is shit, like 230 lbs. I squat 355 and deadlift 405 (ez pz chimp arms). Still a long way from 300 lbs bodyweight.

My strongman instructor is 190cm and 130kg, which is what, 6'3 and 270 lbs? He can still do a somersault. Granted, he used to be a gymnast as a kid, but it is FREAKY to see such a large mass do a somersault.

Tl;dr even BBers and strongmen have no excuse to weigh 300lbs, except maybe the guys and world's strongest man or the roidgut olympia guys
