In Baltimore all of the speed cameras are disabled because they cont find a contractor for them.

The last one was involved in some corruption or something. Speeding past them while the out of towners slow down out of fear is pretty fun.

Yeah there are bigger problems than operating speed cameras at the moment. They are currently trying to work out a 130 million deficit with the public schools. And don't forget the crime.

Police don't really seem care about making traffic stops either unless you made a suspicious drug move.
