Lemme hit ya with a deal I was offered so you can tell me how far they're trying to bend me over:
2012 Accord EX-L V6 Manual
- Clean Carfax
- 40k Miles
- No Cosmetic/Mechanical Issues Whatsoever
- 15k
Said no but not sure. Thoughts beyond saving 12k with a shitbox?

Wow are those cars really going for that low in that condition?
>>16846256
Sometimes. But is it assrape?
>>16846256
2012 was 6 model years ago.
??
Idk it seems like you can get more for it. 2012 feels like yesterday to me desu so my perspective on how much it should be worth is a bit off
It seems on par with what I'd expect based on other sellers, but idk.

Has it had a ring job yet?

Nothing in the carfax about that.
They really haven't changed much with the new ones. I recently picked up a 2010 4cyl EX with 60k miles for 8k USD in perfect condition, dealer maintained by an old lady.
Zero regrets, pretty much the god machine of DDs. You could spend 15k a lot worse.
>>16846256
>6 years old (which is a lot for a "modern" car)
>15k
>low
15k gets you a brand new Kia which does everything the "old" accord can do perhaps a little bit better. They're both boring shitboxes.

The Kia will not have 280hp with a manual transmission..
>>16846442
True. Go older to save $$$ if milage is reasonable?
Anyone else got hot opinions?
>>16846549
I've seen this car with auto going for 4-5k less with auto and slightly higher mileage. Not sure on the manual tax since those are rarer but try offering 12-13k

These cars are known for oil consumption due to sticking rings, might want to call the dealers service department with the vin and check for open recalls and if the warranty extension for the rings is open.
Keep in mind V6 has a timing belt while the 4cyl is more reliable with a timing chain

You're a pig ignorant meme spouting retard
