>sign on the back of truck says governed at 65
>stays in the left lane even if the right is empty
Why do truckers always do this shit

If the speed limit is 65 then he can do as he likes.
Unless there is a sign or law indicating that you must keep right except to pass.

probably to upset neet faggots who will go post on a Taiwanese boat repair forum

In my state the left lane on highways is for passing. My brother once got pulled over just for driving along in it with the right lane being empty.

If he's going 65, you can't pass him. By law. And you shouldn't want to. What's the problem?
>>16840678
Then the trucker shouldnt be there.
In my state, anyone can use any lane as long as they maintain within 5mph of the speed limit. Lower than 5mph they must use right light.
So they can do 60mph in the left lane ALL DAY LONG.
The rest do 59mph in the right lane

Must suck to be in a merge right law state. In my state with no Law the right lane is all people going the speed limit with cruise control on. The left lane is all people either passing or cruising 5-10 over.
There's rarely any problems like this.
Curious what the passing law is in North Carolina. Drove from Maryland to New Bern NC Saturday and basically everyone in NC cruises in whatever lane they want at whatever speed they want. Kinda cool as it felt like anarchy but kinda frustrating at times too.

We have passing lane laws in my state, and I've seen truckers get pulled over for sitting in the passing lane.

I live in NC, I believe we technically have the "no cruising in left lane" law but nobody gives a FUCK. We just get from point a to point b however we can, who gives a shit about the law.
