Looks okay on some vehicles, but in the end it just turns out looking awkward (and ricey on some) if you just have the standard caliper size and not a big brake kit on it.

The look itself though is also dependent on how well you paint your calipers too, if you do no prep-work and just spray the shit out of them then don't let the paint cure properly, it's going to look like garbage. I believe they also make a clear coat sealant for the paints you can use on your calipers, and you should use that too otherwise the color will fade and chip and dirt won't clean off as easy. I've seen so many riced out civics with their stock calipers painted red and it looks like hot garbage because they didn't seal them afterwards and probably didn't let the paint cure long enough either, so the brake dust and even just normal road grime ate into the paint so now they look permanently dirty.

My personal favorite color is the OEM silver, I intend on doing that to my car if I cannot clean off the calipers however black looks good in some cases
