supply and demand you stupid faggot
you're right, it's only realistically worth 3k but because tons of people want a real dagumi tofuboi racecar the price increases
I garun-fucking-tee you that his corolla will sell for 8k after someone haggles him down

Assuming "built" doesn't mean "he threw in some eBay rods and called it a day" and "suspension work" doesn't mean "$500 coilovers," that's not an unreasonable deal considering the dagumy tax and the money that's gone into it. For that amount of cash on a modified vehicle, I'd want receipts for everything though.

SR-5, GT-Apex, and GT-S are 86s, the 85 was a DX or some shit like that and only available in Japan. Takumi drove a GT-Apex, which is a JDM-only trim comparable to our GT-S. The best 86 available in either market was the GT-S trim level.
This is very close to a JDM GT-Apex, with the largest difference being LHD.

OP if you're sitting on saved money and looking for one of these cars just stop. You'll only be disappointed, by the mexican sellers as well as the car itself. This car is really neat when you're japanese 20 years ago and don't have to pay the faggot tax. In our market spending 3k on a miata and saving the rest for something better makes much more sense.
