Americans don't use RAL.
Its also impossible to tell from a picture.

Because the light imparts its own colors to everything, each camera captures colors differently, the cameras metering system may not pick the most reasistic exposure setting, the camera's white balance may not be correct, and your moniiis likely not calibrated to specification.

Matte colours also look lighter in pictures when caked with dust and dirt, and fade from UV exposure which I think is a big possibility here.


Get a few samples, and look at them in outdoor light.

RAL 6031 is the Flecktarn Green
RAL 6013 is Reed Green - another possibile "match"
RAL 6003 is NATO Olive Green

I think 6031 is your best bet, although a bit dark it will eventually fade if its 1K Alkyd.
Sanding paint with something like 1000 grit can produce a lighter color prematurely.

real milspec paint is CARC here to be chemical weapon resistant. Nearly every CUCV you see has(had really as they haven't been in service for awhile) been spray bombed in a nonspec pattern with non milspec paint by the garage or boots who fucked up.
