I feel like a child when I drive my car. What is a good upgrade from an STI that is a bit more mature?
Engine swapped Toyota.
>>16802367
A golf R32 perhaps? Or BMW 135i?
>>16802367
Legacy GT spec b. Stay in the senpai, senpai.

Debadge, descoop, dewing, and despoiler, then paint tan.
M5?
>>16802367
Take the loud exhaust off and get rid of the spoiler. Congrats you're now more mature.
>>16802367

Enjoy your obnoxious scoops and wings I guess
>>16802738
Legacy confirmed for most daddy car
>>16802367
So you want something STi-like, but not an STi? (CL)A45 AMG or an RS3. If you want a manual transmission, S3.
Or you can stick with the STi. There's nothing at all wrong with it. If you're iffy about the factory rice do a front mount conversion and put a regular bonnet and bootlid on.

U go ZEF
>>16802367
2013 CTS-V maybe the Wagon if you can afford it. :)
>>16802367
Depends what you mean by mature. A simple wing and hood scoop delete (and a FMIC while you're at it since you won't have any intercooler ducting) will make the car look a lot more mature.
>E30 M3
>E36 M3
>Twin Turbo Z32 300ZX
>Any old school muscle
>NSX
>R32-R34 Skyline
You can argue these will make you look like a child or a poor fag but realize any clean, non-riced car will look mature. It shows you take good care of the car. Like I said, if you take off all the factory rice I'm sure your car would look a lot more mature.

you are a child if you drive a subaru
get a real mans vehicle

That feel when the sports car I want is more expensive than an f250 and this is 100% true
>>16802843
Audi's are for grown ups with kids
>>16803907
Never had an experience with audi, but read a lot of owner's reviews on constant problems with them.

audis are for queer tennis instructors

>>16803907
if you don't buy an Audi, you're a misogynist and a Trump supporter. Buy AUDI
>>16803969
white mom tier.
the older ones like moog from MCM had are pretty cool, though.
>>16802843
>>16803907
i actually agree with him.
atleast owning an audi if you live where it doesn't snow. I had a B6 S4 and i ended up selling it because it just wasn't fucking fun to hoon. quattro took away all the fun. It was fast and all, but it was too grown up for me. the B8 and the B5 aren't are grown up because you can atleast tune them.
JHM is the only one that touches the 4.2 and they didn't even achieve that much.
>>16803969
yes
now stop being a fag and get a pickup
>>16803819
Fok yeah.
>>16803979
>>16803982
I need something that is
> good in snow/awd
> small enough to drive/park in the city
> big enough to fit a 6' 3" person
> enough room to bring a dog
> nice interior. not a poverty plastic truck interior
> under $40k
If they made 2017 hatchback STIs I would get that
>>16804015
Volkswagen Golf + Snow Tires
AWD is a scam
>>16804015
Pickup truck.
>>16803953
They usually rate about average in the reliability scale.
I've heard stories too but I think they are more related to where/how owners maintai their cars.
I've personally had a pretty good track record with two so far.
My current car is over 10 years old and has no major issues so far.
>>16803968
The dad in Ferris Bueller drive a nice 5000 like this.
>>16803961
I've had like four beers so far, so if that's all you got to say then Audi is doing fine.

have you seen a truck interior since 1980?
>under $40k
truck
>>16804015
>A4/S4 Avant (Wide aftermarket, cheap to own, tunable, comfy)
>X5 (Kinda boring unless you get the 50i, 35i with jb4 is decent, maintenance isnt more expensive than most bmw's)
>X1 (Cheapo, small, fun, awd, for badgewhores)
>VR6 Cayenne (Very cheap to own actually, very cool, looks aren't for everyone)
>Outback wagon (shit, but okay)
>Saab anything sportkombi
you pick, they're all very cool.
i was considering a 4runner trd pro, but the interior is shit
>>16804072
Used luxury cars are not cool. They make you look like a poser tryhard.
Mercedes-Benz E43 AMG
>>16804080
Considered an FJC?
Interior is a bit shit too, but damn they're fantastic vehicles.
>they're so good, both my parents have one of their own, and i'm saving up for one myself.
>>16804117
love those, but i want something new
Should have just bought an STI wagon Senpai.
GR WRX are nice, but Subaru is meh at this point.
Wagons are better if you don't want to look like a kid.
>>16802367
A mazdaspeed6 if it comes out again, and depending on how good the AWD system will be that time
pls mazda just do it already.
>>16804167
Are you like... 16?
>>16802367
Chebby SS
>>16802367
Consider an STI limited or Legacy Spec B. You could always just go a rear wing delete and maybe swap to a smaller hood scoop.
>>16804284
Thats a Holden Commodore, ya shitcunt
>>16804284
This is the only acceptable answer
>>16804434
It is, but in a form that burgers can legally own. If you want an Australian car in the US you're restricted to only the Pontiac GTO (VZ Monaro), Pontiac G8 (VE Commodore), and the Chevy SS (VF Commodore). That or importing one built 1992 or earlier.
>>16804473
Naww there are dudes in Colorado importing and converting them with G8 and GTO parts
http://www.lefthandutes.com/
>>16804473
GOD, I want one so bad. I'm tired of being a vaping wrxbabbie
>>16804488
That's still only cars based off the Commodore though, and it adds around $30k to the cost of getting one in the first place. If you want a Falcon you're shit out of luck until the one you want is 25 years old.
