Take particular note to the higher end cars and how the upgrades make the original look like absolute dog shit. Quality materials and craftsman ship can make any shit box look and feel like a million bucks.
The F430 and the NSX are my favorite so far with honorable mention given to the '14 Ford Ranger and Honda Jazz.
I've only gotten to the NSX so far, will post others.

The Volvo S60 they did looks comfy as fuck.
The Ranger.

not a big fan of that stitching on the wheel

Is it weird that I prefer the "before"?
>>16794090
I agree with you there, it's a bit too much. If it was just wrapped without it would look cleaner, but its better than a shiny cheap vinyl wheel imo.
>>16794095
Kinda. The shiny vinyl really cheapens the whole thing, better materials and nice stitching gives it a quality bespoke feel.
Aston Martin DB9/ The before looks like an amusement park ride seat.
I agree that these examples are improvements to what they originally looked like. However, bear in mind that a lot of cars recently have this kind of "soft touch everywhere" interior.
It is clever since they're bringing back the aesthetic (subjective) exterior of the 90s as well as making the interior comparable to a modern day middle class sedan.

Sunguard is a trademarked name for car products elsewhere. So that hong kong place is using a name they don't have trademark ownership. Of course, what's new about chinese copying of names. Some european and north american franchise stores have copycat "branch stores" in china that they don't even know about or can't close down.
There's a place near me that does custom interiors like that. It was cheaper to get the base model of my car and have them improve the seats and add heating, etc. Then to buy the interior package from the factory. I'm surprised more people don't do this.

>permanently ruining the resale value even more than you could ever do without chopping the fenders off and gutting the interior
BRAVO

Oh, but it's okay because I like it!

>resale value of a 25y/o honda
There's a massive after market of things like this for Corvettes, I intend on getting a C5 and redoing the interior to make it nicer than a C6/C7, which isn't that hard.
