Is golf 4 a good first car?
I suck at parking so I think a smaller car would be a good choice in the city, also because I'd always drive alone.
sure if its got the diesel
the 1.8t breaks easily

The 2.slow would also be a solid option for reliability, though it's quite underpowered.

it's a golf, any engine is underpowered

I don't really care about driving fast, as long as it's reliable and not expensive to fix it's good, thanks a lot
VW usually have electrical issues. Expensive to repair too.
If you want a small, reliable vehicle, I'd recommend a Toyota Yaris. Great on gas, and apparently there's a huge performance following in euroland where it's called the "Vitz"

then get the 1.9
its the most durable of them.

it's called vitz only in japan you redneck

it would be perfect but I'd look like a girl in that car

Really? I thought that Yaris was only in burgerland. Okay.

I don't believe Toyota has officially designated a gender to any of their vehicles. I think it's better to not worry what others think of your car, and be more secure in your masculinity.

I've had a mk4 Jetta 1.8t for a few months and it's an amazing machine. That being said it's not without faults. Love it so much I'm gonna get a TDI just like it.

Yeah
Cheap af to fix if you're in Europe and reliable if it's the right engine.
These golfs aged beautifully
