I was kinda looking at a BMW 2 or 3 series, but I can't get the image of the stereotypical BMW driver out of my head.
Have you ever been turned off of a car because of who typically drives them?
How come BMW seems to be exclusively assholes and Indians?

do you like driving? get a e46 in manuel
do you just want a bmw for the badge? kill yourself.

As an oldfag who has been driving jeeps for twenty years I definitely know what you are talking about.
I can't stand half the faggots that drive and buy these fucking things anymore.
I work at a BMW dealership. Most customers are middle aged white men and women. Most of them buy the 320i, X3, etc. They are very kind people. All of my co workers, save for reception, drive bimmers and they're all very kind people. Yes I know this is anecdotal, but so is the accusation that all BMW drivers are douchebags. Have you ever considered that people may be jealous of BMW owners, or using anecdotal evidence, or perhaps dislike BMW altogether and project their disdain towards BMW owners?
BMW owners vary greatly. If you get a 3 series, buy an E92 335i, if you get a 2 series, get an M240i.
The leased F30/X drivers are cancer, but the whole BMW stereotype is perpetuated due to confirmation bias. You see someone in a Camry being a dick and think nothing of it, you see the same in a BMW and think "WOW OF COURSE IT'S A BMW DRIVER!"
Honestly I'm a marketingfag and things like this legitimately interest me so I pay attention to who actually is being a shit driver; the only ones that really stand out are Honda drivers overall followed by early 00s/late 90s Nissans and Toyotas.

Instead of questioning the source maybe you should Google it yourself. A common stereotype is BMW owners are cunts, your anecdotal evidence and opinions doesn't change this

I don't think you understand what a stereotype is

Wow another A+ post man you're crushing it.

For some reason, BMW (and to a certain extent also Audi) tends to be the brand of choice for the classic neo-yuppie wannabe. I guess they flock to the brand because Mercedes would make them look too old farty, and Porsche is far beyond their reach. The problem is that the slight rise in income that enables them to get theirselves into a low BMW isn't accompanied by an improvement in behaviour or manners, so they just act like the vulgar sods they really are.
Obviously the vast majority of BMW owners are just regular middle class people that just happen to like the car and drive normally, but even if the obnoxious demographic stated above is only 10% of BMW owners, it does make a dent in perception and helps to associate the brand with those cunts.
>the "dont use turn signals" meme
>cherrypick an article that agrees with me
that's called confirmation bias, anon
i see plenty of people in shitcans that never use their turn signal
