Speaking of the Tofuboo 86, I pretty much always drive with the traction control off (not in "sport" mode, but in the mode you have to hold the traction button for 3 secs to enter) but I've never gotten myself into trouble where I could have prevented it by having it on. I do this because default driving mode feels like shit and "VSC sport" mode still kills power to the wheels if any skid is detected.The M4 has like twice my HP and torque, so I get that throttle and traction control would really matter for that car but what about mine? This little shit won't throw out the rear unless it's either extremely slick on the road or I'm expressly trying to and it hasn't spun unless I was definitely trying to, and even then it was in the rain in a parking lot where I was going WOT in first.

The consensus on that forum is like "you pay for a car with these electronic controls, why not use them?" but I think it depends on the car and on the conditions moreso than using features just because the car has em'
